Hello all, I am very new to pc gaming. I’ve done some research and I want to put a Samsung 500gb m.2 ssd in my motherboard, from what I have read it’s compatible, anyone have any experience with m.2s on these boards? Thank you very much for your time.

Solution
These are the specs for your MB.
You have two M2 sockets.
One will take PCIe and SATA.
The other only takes PCIe.

So....you can either get a SATA SSD or a PCIe SSD. A PCIe SSD is faster and more expensive....and I think that the extra speed is probably not worth the money for most people.

ntel® B360 Chipset :
1 x M.2 Socket 3, , with M key, type 2242/2260/2280 storage devices support (SATA & PCIE 3.0 x 4 mode)
1 x M.2 Socket 3, , with M key, type 2242/2260/2280 storage devices support (PCIE 3.0 x 4 mode)
6 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), gray
