Question Asus prime b550-plus and zotac gaming geforce gtx 1560 GPU compatability?

Title sums it up. The troubleshooting lights cycle, but stop at VGA. The light is white.

Psu is an EVGA 650w. Additionally, the dram light is orange for about 30 seconds, then turns off. After this, the CPU light is red for a few seconds, before moving to the VGA light, which is a solid white. Could other components be the issue?
