pretty much the GIGABYTEone wins this one in my opinion.
Both of them have 1 pcie x16 Gen 3 slots for you GPU,both supports/dont supports similar if not the same CPUs (wouldnt really try to upgrade to i9 with them).Gigabyte one supports max 64gb while Asus supports max 32gb,both support up to 2666mhz ram frequency. Both supports m.2 drives,Gigabyte one has 6 SATA ports, while ASUS only 4 SATA ports, also GIGABYTE one supports RAID so if you want you can enable that. The ASUS one has 4x usb 3.1,and 6x usb 2.0,while GIGABYTE has 6x usb 3.1 and 6x usb 2.0,also GIGABYTE seems to have more headers/connectors for fans, rgb and all that stuff. And the main reason i would go for the GIGABYTE B365M DS3H is because it has 4 DIMM Slots which is way more usefull than 2 DIMM slots. So yeah its worth 20$ more in my opinion

Here are the differences between H310 and B365 chipsets:

As a practical matter the differences are not important.
Two ram slots is sufficient and will give you all the dual channel storage you might need.
Adding ram later is not recommended.

Any motherboard will have the latest bios available at time of manufacture already installed.
No need to worry if you are buying fresh stock.
Actually, I think I would buy a different motherboard.
Neither has integrated displayport support if you want to run a 4k monitor at 60hz.
