Asus Prime X-470 Pro Driver Question

I am getting ready to build a new desktop computer and have bought the Asus Prime X-470 Pro motherboard. I have a question about installing the drivers after installing the Windows 10. Going to the Asus website, most if now all the drivers have been updated. I have and DVD that came with the Motherboard. Should I install the drivers from the DVD and then update from there or should I try to install the updated drivers from the website?

The newer the DVD is....the less chance it's going to matter.....but I think the best way is to get them from the website as they will be the newest.

Get them from Asus site although you can also get them from AMD site (chipset). Realtek or Microsoft update catalog https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=6.0.1.8531
Asmedia also makes drivers for their USB 3.1 controller https://drivers.softpedia.com/get/MOTHERBOARD/ASMedia/ASMedia-USB3-0-eXtensible-Host-Controller-Driver-1-16-44-1-for-Windows-10.shtml
Some of those may be newer than on Asus site.
