Asus Prime X299-A

Hello there fellow users. I got scientific research and I got 3 PC's with Asus Prime X299-A.
The issue is that they work on a network, needing a fast file transfer rate, I have the (INTEL® ETHERNET CONNECTION I219-V).
Should i upgrade to a 10GE network board (if so provide me some recommendations) or am I missing something.

You can only move at the pace of the slowest device in the chain.
You would need 10G from end to end and then you still might not get anything from it, depending on what you are doing.
For example, if you are reading or writing a file then you are probably limited by the speed of the HDD's
