I would like some help figuring out if my new build motherboard is defective or if the ram just doesn't work with this build. I have never had an issues like this with a new computer build.

While playing random games my dual monitors will just go black and go into power save mode. I look down and everything is still power and running but nothing works. I try to hold down the power or use the reset button and nothing works. I'm at a loss for whats causing this. Everything is new in this build. I am not overclocking anything. I will list my equipment below. Any advice on what direction to go would be appreciated.

Corsair A540 Case
Prime X370-Pro
Ryzen 1700
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15
Asus GTX 1070
Corsair H100i v2

Thanks!

I have familiar situation. Build a PC week ago. This problem occurred ~4 times already at very random times (waking up from sleep, browsing twitch, playing games..). I'm on single monitor, but symptoms are the same. Only thing that, one or two times i couldn't turn off PC with power button (had to turn off PSU), but today when i got this problem, i could turn off PC with power button.

My equipment:
Case: NZXT 340 Elite
MB: Prime X370 Pro
CPU: Ryzen 1700
DRAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2 x 8GB DDR4 3600MHz C18
GPU: MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X
PSU: Seasonic FOCUS Plus 650 Platinum
Cooler: NZXT Kraken x62

We both running same MB and CPU. Also DRAM are familiar. Maybe one of those are the problem?
I thought of that as well. I just bought a brand new GTX 1070 and still have the same issue. Plus the keyboard and mouse lose power as well. You are not able to remotely access system either. At a loss for what to do. I see nothing in window event viewer as well.
