Hi, I'm building my first PC, but I have 0 luck booting it.

Part list:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rhwwGf

Problem:
■ Keyboard won't connect - it's RGB keyboard - nothing lights up - tested 2 other keyboards;
■ I'm connecting via HDMI, tried 2 other TV and VGA - but still nothing;
■ Motherboard speaker doesn't beep ( I plugged in mobo speaker )

What I tried so far:
I tested all RAM sockets;
Cleared CMOS;
Replugged all the cables;
Plugged in motherboard speaker - but the beeping is not consistent, sometimes it beeps when I power up the board and sometimes nothing, now I'm stuck on no beeps no matter what I try...
The beeps indicated that memory was not detected, but I'm not getting beeps anymore even if RAM is not installed. Could the mobo speaker be broken?

What I know:
BIOS version is 0612 it's a little behind from the latest update.
■ When I power on the board CPU fan is spinning, graphics cards fan spin, then stop.
■ Couldn't find my RAM on compatibility page, thinking to get another 4GB stick that's listed on compatibility page, but I'd rather not throw out the money.
■ Compatible RAM: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/PRIME_X370-PRO/PRIME_X370-PRO_Memory_QVL_20170704.pdf?_ga=2.240182275.1065564553.1515527616-1433033093.1513755898
■ I figured my RAM be compatible since this is listed http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/bls8g4d26bfsc
and this is mine http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/bls8g4d26bfsb

Is it possible to flash newer BIOS without accessing BIOS - please be as specific as possible, cause I have flash with BIOS file, I plugged it in, powered mobo, but nothing, is there specific BIOS usb port on this board?

It doesn't unfortunately, but it was beeping and one point, I'm just not able to reproduce. More specifically it was beeping after CMOS reset. 8 pin is connected too.

I'm leaning towards that possibility too (CPU not working), but again - it was beeping for some time, indicating that RAM is not detected. I took everything apart, thermal paste looks funky, gonna get new tomorrow, see how it goes.
How likely is that mobo speaker fried ? ( I know it sounds insane, cuz that thing probably lasts the longest ) :D
