Question Asus Prime X370 Pro

So i have the stated motherboard, when i hooked up my new internet connection, it only allows 120 out of my 400 through the 1gig intel port, i have tried to update it with asus' drivers but when i try to run the updating it just asks me if i want to allow it to make changes, and then nothing after i select yes. My phone, my gfs, and the internet repair guys all pull the full 400 or most of it at least when we speed test it.
