Question Asus Prime X470 Pro won’t POST/boot ?

I have a PC that I’ve brought back to life.

I basically maxed out the compensation on this AM4 build from a 1070 to a 5070 Ti and a 2600 to a 5900.

I put it all in a new case and everything was fine. Now all of the sudden after upgrading some fans, the PC won’t POST or boot or really turn on at all.

At this point if I need another PSU then something is wrong (this will be the 2nd PSU)

I got a Corsair 1000 watt and that was supposedly dead on arrival. (PC had same issues with not POSTing, but rgb lights on etc..)

Now this sunflower one that the guy from micro center recommended me is looking like it’s dead.

Also, the original PSU I had in this build is acting the same way.

At this point I’m not sure if my motherboard is broken in some way that’s causing it to fry PSUs or am I just getting really unlucky with PSUs?

I need help please.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. Can you recall what BIOS version you were on before the system croaked?

Since you'd performed an upgrade, a before and after with your specs will help shine some light on your predicament. Please include all parts used to troubleshoot as well.

You mean Superflower?

Have you tried breadboarding your innards?

Are you sure that there is some fan or pump connected to CPU_FAN and recognized in header on the MB ?
