purchasing a pc case that says:

NOTICE: Please make sure your motherboard is equipped with on-board USB 3.0 socket before purchasing
I/O Ports: 4 x USB 3.0, Audio In/Out, Fan Speed Control

This is my motherboard. Is this good?

Yes. there's one standard USB3 socket for two USB3 devices onboard. Also another one for USB 3.1 2nd gen but it's different and requires Type C connector on the case.
