Question asus prime x570-p powering devices when offline

Hi,

How can I stop that? I have an external network adapter that runs hot and while my pc is off, it cant cool off cause UBS ports are giving power.

How can i disable that? I guess something in the bios?

might be the port too. some do power even when off
