Hello,

I recently completed my new Ryzen Build. For it, I went with an Asus Prime X570-Pro Motherboard. Everything is working perfectly except when I pause a Video or Audio Track roughly 0.5-1 second after pausing I get a "static pop" in the headphones. It's noticeable but not horribly loud.

I've tried to reinstall the most recent RealTek Audio Driver for my board multiple times and whenever I install it and then restart the PC I have no issues what-so-ever and the problem is gone. However when shutting down the PC and starting it again after that, then the issue reoccurs.

I had hoped somebody might be able to help me with this issue. Thanks.

Latest BIOS version for your motherboard? Which version of Windows 10 are you working with? To uninstall try uninstalling the device(Realtek Soundcard) from Device Manager not from the uninstall option in Control Panel.
I always uninstalled via the Device Manager. I'm on Version 2004. I'm on BIOS Version 1405.
