Question Asus Prime Z 370 A & Windows Server 2019

Hello community. I have an ASUS Prime Z 370 A motherboard that i have installed Windows Server Essentials 2019 on. My problem is that thus far, i am unable to find an Ethernet driver for this OS. I thought the Windows 10 one might do, but it just says incompatible OS trying to install it. Can you not install the drivers on this type of motherboard? Does the board need to be some sort of server board? Would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Maybe you can find the driver on the intel website since it’s a Intel device.
