Asus Prime Z270-A not posting, DRAM light always!

I just bought new components to build my pc gamer.
I paid a guy to put everything together, but after the whole installation, the DRAM led is lit and it doesn't post.
I have tried with 1 and 2 RAM sticks, tried chaging de slot, tried pressing MEM OK button. Nothing worked. Can anyone help me?

Asus Prime Z270-A (BIOS on the mobo says 1009)
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 3000mhz
Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo
Geforce Gigabyte 1050ti

p.s: the video card is not installed because I read some articles saying that all components should be installed after posting and etc.
But I also tried with video card installed, and no sucess too.

Try removing the CPU and posting here a picture of the CPU socket.

Pins look ok. Take the board outside the case, install the CPU, CPU cooler, single RAM, and start the board. See if still red DRAM LED.

What about the cables? Which ones should I keep plugged? I mena, on the PSU, only the EATX PWR? And on the mobo?

Still got only the orange DRAM light. I pressed MEM OK too, and it keeps blinking for a while, then after 1 minute, it lits up forever.

No, only this one I bought, the CoolserMaster

It could be a board issue, if RAM properly inserted in the RAM slot (some require more force).

Right, I'll try taking it to someone who knows what is doing, because Asus in Brazil doesn't give any support.
