Question ASUS Prime Z370-A II versus ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4

I'm trying to decide between these two boards. Which is preferable in terms of VRM/clean power? Any pitfalls to be aware of with either? Cheers.

Back order atm. Under $200, Canada.

Phantom Gaming 4 seems to have more chokes but who knows if they are inferior or for show, like the 4th smoke stack on the Titanic.
