Asus prime z370-a orange light

the orange light on my asus prime z370-a is on and I’ve tried moving my RAM into different slots and have tried using a singular RAM stick and my pc will turn on but it won’t show anything, and if I press the mem_ok button it restarts and a small screen pops up for a second with a flashing _ and then it restarts again and right back to the orange light, have tried both RAM sticks

I7 8700k
PSU: evga supernova nex 650
GTX MSi 1070
Corsair ddr4 vengeance 2x8 gb
Asus prime z370-a
Samsung evo 250 go ssd
WD blue 1tb
Seagate barracuda 2tb ssdhd hybrid

New, or old setup? If old, have you OC-ed?

It’s a old setup with the MOBO and cpu upgraded
Edit: in new to this so idk how to reply to posts

Try reseating the CPU and check the CPU socket for bent pins.
