Asus PRIME Z370-A vs MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon

Im building a pc with the new i5 8th generation, and i dont know which motherboard im going to, but in my budget of max max 200, i saw the MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon(160$) and Asus PRIME Z370-A(180$)
If you know other motherboard i could go to, would be great. (the MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon is out of the game because it is out of stock, unfortunetly)

I went through the same question about Z370 chipsets. I went with the Prime Z370-A but simply because i don't like MSI products, it was just a matter of personal taste. But The MSI is cheaper.

What i can tell you about the Asus is that it misses 1 or 2 more fan plugs, but it has a quite nice m.2 heatsink. i'm also pretty cool with asus's BIOS. i could install w10 with an usb key just by plugging it where some other MB need some tweakings.

In my country those doesnt sell, and buying pc components online it seems too risky, i buy other stuff, but this type of things i dont. between those 3 or other "big" company (ASrock is known very well, but not so much as msi and asus for example) what do u can recomend me ?

Gigabyte's Aorus range is also pretty good IMO
