I have run into a problem which has been most annoying. My brand new PC has been built with an Asus prime z390-A, I7-8700k, geforce 2070 8gb gaming oc, corsair vengeance 16gb 3200mhz.

For some reason after I booted up and installed windows 10 64bit my ethernet which works on all my other computers and consoles doesn't work on my PC. I believe there is a driver issue but I can't download the drivers from Asus main website. It gives me an error that states that my operating system in incompatible. I asked Asus for help and they were useless and 3 different agents asked me to download the same thing even though I stated it wasn't working.

If someone can help me with the annoying problem it would be most appreciated since i dont feel like returning a brand new $3000 pc

EDIT:

Also I want to add the ethernet is detected and says it only detects 10mbs even though I have a download of 150mbs on my laptop.
