Question ASUS Prime Z390-A new board, no video

Feb 18, 2019
Recently upgraded my gear since my last mobo went out. I changed the board, the ram, the cpu, and the psu. Currently running:

ASUS Prime Z390-A Mobo
Intel I5 8600k (LGA 1151 8th Gen)
G Skill Ripjaws 32 GB (16×2) 3000 mhz DDR4
EVGA Supernova 750 G3 Gold PSU
GeForce GTX Titan Black Gpu

I got everything connected and turned on first time out. I got a single beep, but got no video (not even a splash screen). Removed the video card and plugged into the mobo hdmi. Same thing. Used only 1 RAM card. Same. Used other RAM card. Same again. Reset CMOS. Still the same. Reseated the CPU. Still the same. When the hdmi cable is unplugged, I get a beep code indicating that there's no VGA detected. When I remove all RAM, I get a RAM error beep code. I've even tried disconnecting all drives, leaving only RAM and the CPU. I still don't get a splash screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
