I have 1 motherboard Asus Pro WS WRX80E-SAGE SE WIFI and 2 RTX 3090 , when I plug in 2 graphics cards, it stops at code 94 or d4. How to plug in 2 RTX 3090 cards on this motherboard?
Anyone meet this problem before?
Thank you!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

We're going to need a little more information. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

While on the single RTX3090, can you get into BIOS and see what BIOS version you're on at the time of writing? Include the make and model of the PSU, apart from the wattage and include the age of the PSU if it's been brought over from a prior build. Which PCIe slots are you trying to populate with the GPU's in question?

Can you inspect the CPU socket for any broken or bent CPU socket pins?

While it on the single RTX 3090 it work fine. But While I Plug second GPU it stuck at D4 or 94 code. and I expect 4 RTX 3090 for this mother board .

It's working fine with normal 3090 with 2 power connectors, but not working with 3090 that have 3 power connectors.

Have you plugged in the extra 8 pin and 6 pin Pcie power cables into the motherboard? If not it won't have enough power for two 3090 so it's probably that? Update the bios just in case.

So.
You just need a third 8 pin gpu pcie cable going into the motherboard and maybe two more 6pin GPU pcie cables plugged into the motherboard.
I think that, because the cpu is 280w, it's taking power that normally helps the pcie slots. So you need the extra 8 pin pcie.

Unfortunately the manual is wrong in both places suggesting the ports are not the same as gpu connectors.
