Asus PT6 Core i7 overclock Guide

I know there are probably a million threads out there for this, but would like to find a overclocking guide for the Core i7 920, mobo Asus PT6 (not deluxe).

Am total noob for this, but know it can be done fairly easily. Wary of frying system!
