Question Asus Q304UA short and component repair help request

Hello, I have an ASUS Q304UA and while removing the metal battery retaining clip i accidently shorted out the board. So far only one component appears to be bad but I can't seam to identify it. It is a 20 pin IC (5 on all four sides) labeled "2Q=4D" and "678" on the second line. Attached is a picture of what it looked like before it burnt out.

Still trying to identify this IC if anybody might have an idea? I’ve searched over the web with nothing yet.
