Asus Q87M-E won't display image.

Hello,

Recently I have replaced my GTX 750 Ti with a GTX 980 Ti and now my PC won't display an image. So I tried removing the 980 and then plug into the MoBo and it gives a beep code 1 long 2 short. How can I fix it?

According to that beep code, it's not detecting any RAM. Try removing both (assuming you have 2) DIMM's and reseating them. If that doesn't work, try one, then the other. See if you can get it to POST.

I have 4 sticks if 8GB RAM. So just remove them and put them back? How do I know if they are are seated correctly?

When they are fully seated, the little levers on either side of the socket will snap into an upright position.

If after re-seating them, it doesn't POST, just install one. If that doesn't work, try another, just in case the first one was the culprit. If that doesn't work, try using a different socket with just one.

Just to make sure, there is no place for the PSU to plug into MoBo to power RAM specifically is there?

No. There are only two connections for the PSU to the motherboard. The ATX connector and the CPU / EPS connector.
