Asus R540SA-RS01 Died during windows 10 reinstall.

As the title says, now when you boot it up it will go to the % screen where it left off the flash back to booting back up and it repeats this loops over and over. What can I try to get it out of this loop. There is nothing on the laptop data wise I need at all. F9 does nothing since it is windows 10. It does not have a removable battery.

I would suggest doing a clean install of Windows 10.
- First, unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds until it shutdown completely.
- Next is to boot into BIOS and set USB or CD/DVD as the first boot device to install Windows 10.
