Asus R7 240 ddr3 2gb can't work on asus M5A97 R2.0

I just build my pc, here's the spec:
Motherboard : asus M5A97 R2.0
VGA: asus r7 240 ddr3 2gb
PSU: corsair v5550 550w
CPU: amd fx 6300
The problem is when i start the pc, the vga's fan only rotate for only 3 second and then wont rotate. After that there's nothing and my pc can not work.
Is there a problem between my vga and motherboard comparibility??

Do you have the latest BIOS? Card should work with the rig, are the 4/8 pin and 24 pin power connectors fully inserted in the mobo

I dont have it.
Yes it fully inserted with mobo. And i forget to mention. When booting after i see the vga fan stop rotating, there are 1 long beep and then 3 short beep.
