I bought an Asus R7 240. I installed the GPU and those Driver software. After installing, the AMD CCC told me that No AMD Graphics Card is installed.
While on the Device Manager, it shown me that the GPU is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.(Code 31)

Here's my Spec:
Acer Aspire M3300
Mobo: Acer FRS780M
CPU: AMD Athlon II x4 635
RAM: 6GB DDR3
HDD: Hitachi 500GB
Intergrated GPU: AMD RADEON HD 3200 IGP
Power Supply: 500W
All in one Card Reader (included)
Added another 4 port USB 3.0 PCI Card

I've tried to reinstall the Driver software, disabling the IGP, none of them work..

Solution
Could be an issue with the motherboard PCIe slot and the card or could be a bad card.

Test the card in another system, and check for a BIOS and chipset driver update on the system.

Acers are not the best systems to try to upgrade, they use cheap components.
