There's not much between them, though the one from ASUS that you're looking at has a slighter higher boost and memory clock and a dual fan, whether that's worth the extra ~£15 in price (here in the UK anyway) is up to you, they're both going to perform very similarly and the R7 260X does support Mantle

in EG Asus is slightly cheaper than sapphire and Gigabyte but some of my friends said mantle isn't supporting Asus cards
