I'm looking online games and gtx 750 ti performs very well for its price (games like batman arkham knight looks better then on r9 270x ) but i'm not so sure for that one cooler is it any good , its small price difference but i'm on short budget... so i need opinions.

my pc : amd fx 6300 4gb ddr3

The smaller cooler is because the GTX 750 Ti is a 65W (TDP) card. The R9-270X is a 180W card. http://www.hwcompare.com/17287/geforce-gtx-750-ti-vs-radeon-r9-270x/
You will not have any more noticeable noise from the dual fans than from the single fan. It will have to be your choice as to whether you would rather have much more gaming performance or 51 Euros in your pocket.

Tnx man then i will go with gtx 750 ti ! just one more question is there difference in FPS on between N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC and N750Ti-2GD5/OCV1 and if so how much ?

sorry for bad english

N750TI-2GD5/OC: Core Clock 1059 MHz / Boost Clock 1137 MHz http://us.msi.com/product/vga/N750TI-2GD5OC.html#hero-overview
N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC: Core Clock 1085 MHz / Boost Clock 1163 MHz http://www.msi.com/product/vga/N750Ti-TF-2GD5OC.html#hero-overview

So the N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC should theoretically be a tiny bit faster. Plus, it has the added benefit of a BIOS switch included if your board doesn't recognize the UEFI BIOS. (although you should not have that problem). It also has better cooling if you are the type that likes to OC.

Your English is great ;-)

Thank you for all the help i will just buy normal MSI gtx 750 ti
