Asus R9 270x or XFX 280x?

I was looking at both cards specs and I thought the Asus's 270x was better than the XFX R9 280x tdbd. Its going to be my first time building computer so I wanna see which is better... plus the 280x is like double the price too.

280X is 29% faster .than 270X . But they both are awesome cards , even R9 270.

If price is not a matter then ofcourse the R9 280X is way better than the ASUS R9 270x.. But if you are on a budget the R9 270X is not at all bad .. Go for it !

but there are so many 280x but Asus ones are out of budget but i heard XFX is a good manufacturer but i dont know... THIS IS MY FIRST TIME and my mind does not know alot.. yet.. help.

R9 280X is on par with GTX 770 ,GTX 770 are cheaper , so get either

I actually feel that the the GTX 770 is a tad bit better in most of the cases ..

Due to the recent Bitcoining craze the sales of the R9 280X has picked up and due to which the prices have increase by a lot .. i would advice you to buy Asus GTX 770 2GB OC.. It is a great Card from a great brand !
