I have a prbolem with ASUS R9 280x graphics card:
Sometimes when GPU temperature goes above 60 celsuis, some games start to glitch, like textures changing color, random misreneder (like you take the corner of a 3D model and start to pull it to the side), flickering lines from the corner of the monitor to random point on the 3D surface. Not all games, not everytime, not the same glitches (in BF3 everything was OK except for the GUI), restarting the game helps 100% of the time.
I've used OCCT to stress-test the GPU and there was nothing wrong with it (also some other tools to test the GPU RAM with no errors found).
Now I'm using SpeedFan to constantly monitor the temperature and set fan speed to 100% when it reaches ~55 celsius. But it's not a panacea and sometimes SpeedFan starts to show -999grad temperature.
GPU driver version: 14.301.1001-140915a-176154C
MoBo: ASUS m5a97 rev.1
CPU: AMD Phenom x4 965BE
Do you have any suggestions on what may be the problem and how to fix it?
