Asus r9 280x top v2 (temps and display driver error)

What temps does this card usual run at im seeing 79c under-load after long hours of gaming this normal?

Also i keep getting this "Display driver has stopped responding " error only happens on blizzard games ??

i5 haswell 4670 (non k)
Ga-h87n wifi gigabyte motherboard
Corsair 8gb
Enermax 750w bronze psu
Asus r9 280x top edition Version 2 (Running dual monitors)
Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
Coolermaster Silenco 352 case

All latest bios and nothing is overclocked all running factory settings outta box haven't touched it

i can get temps down to 60-67 if i run the fans manually through asus gpu tweak and run the fans at 50% manually , but still i get these display driver errors on WoW games like heartstone and world of warcraft
