Asus r9 280x WITHOUT OC vs Msi r9 280x WITHOUT OC (LE edition)

I heard so many bad things about cards with OC from Asus and Msi and i want to buy one WITHOUT OC.
I want you to help me choose between Asus and Msi models, but without oc.
Everyone have one of those cards?

I'd go with the Asus for the higher quality, had a 280X CU (OCed and it was top notch)

What do you think about Sapphire r9 280x vapor x tri-x? i heard that is most efective cooling model, and have beeter performance than Asus Top and Msi gaming Oc.

I haven't worked with a Sapphire Tri-x yet, heard they are pretty good
