Asus R9 290 Warranty Rma Help

My system consists of a r9 290 asus reference graphics card. However it is really loud and really hot . Now I called asus and I told them what was wrong . They told me to rma the product as it is in the warranty till 2017. Asus doesn't make the model of the r9 290 reference anymore . I don't know if I should go through with the rma or not . Please help me !

if you are facing the above mentioned problems then i think you should go for the RMA as it might even make the card go dead so just to make sure it working fine in future you take the Rma and get it diagnosed and as per the reference card it would not repaired then you might get the newer version from their side which would be great ......
