Hi.I've a Dell Optiplex 755 MT(the first from left):

You will be fine with a 305w PSU. The card is low power, about 30w if memory servers me correctly.

Yes it will fit. But I've had in issue with AMD R series cards and Dell.
Old Dells require video mode VESA 103 to display the BIOS screen. My R9-285 won't support it. AMD told me their GCN cards don't have that resolution. I don't know all of the cards affected by this. Also check for EUFI, or Legacy BIOS on your computer and the video card you buy. They need to match.
