The differences are very minor, and you wont really notice them. However here is the benifits of each over the other:

Sapphire Vapor-x:
Better cooling
Easier to OC and more stable OC'd

Asus Direct CU II:
Higher base clock speed
more compact

Basically, if you want to push the card past its factory OC limit, go for sapphire. If your not really into OC'ing and have a good air flow, or have a midi tower that wont hold a 300mm card go for the Asus. That being said, both are just as capable as one another, and in all honesty, the only reason i got the asus over the saphire (and yes i OC) is because it matches the colour scheme of my rig
Buy whichever one looks cooler.

Both are the same GPU, so that means the only MAIN difference is that the cooling fan is different. Each company employs their own technology to cool and both work just fine. Buy whichever one you think will complement the rest of your system.

Not satisfied with your answer i know its a bit difficult as same im going through so that's why i ask here from community to help me 😛

Both are the same thing...
The only difference is the cooler. If both are the same price then just pick whichever looks better, or if they aren't, pick the cheaper option. They'll both perform close to the same.

While this video is for the R9 280x, the general concept is the same. Different cards just perform differently, but only by very subtle amounts. You won't notice any HUGE performance benefits/losses from one card over the other since they have the same GPU and VRAM.

Is there any other card you would like to suggest ??? compatible to like this and little cheaper

Sapphire makes the best AMD GPUs.
EVGA makes great NVidia cards but no AMD cards.

You could just get an R9 280 instead of the 280x and save a bit of cash. The 280 is still PLENTY good enough for 1080p ultra gaming.

not really, you could look at the nvidia equivalents but they're more expensive and I'd go for sapphire on any amd card mostly because they have a good reputation of keeping the temps down with their coolers and producing great cards :)

they both are for the same price available for me 😛
