I have the Asus X99 Rampage Extreme 5. I had it set on the side for some time now and I wanted to use it in a build so I thought I would test all the components together first. I set up my PSU, Mobo, CPU (i7-5960x), CPU cooler, RAMs (G.Skill Ripjaws F4-2666C15Q), EVGA GTX 980 and tried to boot. Mobo boots, everything seems functional but with no signal at all! Just FYI, I tried all the previous components on another Mobo and it booted just fine with an output signal. Error code displaying is "61" which is related to memory or NVRAM initialization.
I tried to change my RAM sticks, tried installing 1 , 2 or 3 RAM sticks, changed slot locations, tried clearing CMOS only with the on board button but still no signal output. Another error code has showed after I hit the "Memory OK" button was error code "76" which is related to the previous error code. The board was functional last time I used in a build and that was around 4 months ago. Looking at the on-board LED buttons, sometimes, the CPU LED remains on but mostly it is RAM LED that remains on after reboot. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
