There is a link to my motherboard. I did recently buy a HD Radeon 7990 and it didn't work twice with new 7990's so I had to get a refund. I'm wondering now if it's my motherboard that won't support 3.0 pci slot cards? Because as you see in the details my motherboard says

Help please. Because I really want a fancy video card because I did get a store credit back for my full HD radeon 7990 and I really plan on getting the new Nvidia card 790 when it releases.
