I want to OC my system from 3.8 to 4.4 and i need to know what basic and stable changes i have to do in Bios like in core voltage or else. Below i am describing my system information.

Intel i7 3930k 3.8
Asus rampage iv extreme
kingston hyperx beast 32gb ram 2400 mhz
Corsair GT Force 120 SSD

Sorry, I thought I had responded here already...
Best to use manual settings which gives the best control over voltages. Automatic profiles tend to use higher voltage settings which can cause premature wear on components
How are you faring here?
The primary issue here is that few look for easy overclocks (those that do tend not to write about it), for the most part they are looking for the most performance possible. This seems to be even more the case with the Rampage boards. You can use the guides there to get an idea of settings needed to change (what should be disabled, enabled, set to manual or automatic) but then changing your multiplier to 44 rather than the higher numbers and keeping your voltage around 1.38v. Run a stressing test, if needed, bump your voltage the minimum the board allows and try again. If at 44 and 1.38v you run stable try lowering the voltage by small increments until you be come unstable then raise it back to it's last stable setting.
That's pretty much it.
I did find another overclocking guide which attempts to explain how settings affect the system here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qz8olA8bRM but it may be more than you want (or need) to know - I think it is good info though
Edit: and he shows 4.4

Thanks a lot for your kind help, i want to know that in bios there are OC profiles and i research on these profiles on which normal profile is OC to 4.3 and i want to OC to 4.4, my question is can i select normal profile or its better to go manual settings as it is described in youtube instructions?
