Question Asus Rampage V Extreme X99 (Error Codes)

I have an issue with my Asus Rampage V Extreme motherboard where it comes up with the error code 'b1'. I haven't done anything to it at all and it just decided to black-screen upon boot with that error code.

I have disconnected all drives and USB devices with no difference. I have also tried to BIOS Flashback but no change in the error, I have also swapped out the RAM but no change. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
