Asus rampage v extreme overclocking, corsair h1 v2 overheating cpu. Applied new Thermal past turn all on and pc begins to overheat temps range from 60 and up Celsius.

60C isn't overheating - 100C is overheating. 85C is ok, if a little toasty.

System overheating solved had to replace Cooling system. New Cooling system in place and is in list of what I have installed.

Graphics- EVGA geforce GTX 970
Cooling- Corsair Hydro Series H115 i RGB Platinum
Power Supply- EVGA SuperNova 1300G2 80+Gold
16GB Ram 32
32-64 System
Was running windows 7 Ultimate now am trying to update to Windows 10 Home.
Replaced dead Cmos battery
However I am getting an overclocking issue and trying to clear partitions to reinstall windows 10 home.
Issue with overclocking fail is when after windows 10 finishes download to reset pc it doesn't reset and goes into OC fail.
