Help! Never encountered anything like this before.

Computer stops at "American Megatrends" page and forces me to enter BIOS.
Quit without saving.
Windows 10 begins Automatic Repair, Diagnosing PC; Cannot repair PC, try Advanced Options.
All the Advanced options say they cannot function, restart PC.
...start from top.

...sigh...Please save me from my own stupidity.

Specs:
Asus Rampage VI Extreme Encore
Intel i9-10900X
64GB Corsair Vengeance 4000Mhz
Samsung SSD 840
RTX 2080 Ti

is it fixed?

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

anything on PC you want to save?
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type notepad and press enter
in notepad, select file>open
Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or hdd

might want to try a system restore and see if that fixes it
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose system restore and see if there is a date you can roll back. It will restart PC and hopefully windows will load normal.

can try...

can try a reset
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose reset this PC
choose keep files/settings (Files = library folders. Library folders = Documents, pictures, movies, music (the default folders that come with windows). Settings = logins and desktop)

if all else fails, do a clean install
