Asus ranger VII - Error 14

Hello, well I did a upgrade to an intel CPU i7 4790k and a motherboard Asus Ranger VII. After Installed the stock cooler works fine, but when I tried to install my water cooler h80i corsair, I am getting this error "14". Before that, I was getting that error 25,40.

The computer starts and turns off immediatly.

I don't know what to do, I tried everything,search in the google and nothing. If you could help me, I will really appreciate.

14=Pre-memory CPU initialization is started
25=(Are you sure it was 25? I'm not seeing that code in the manual.)
50=Memory initialization error. Invalid memory type or incompatible memory speed

Are you sure the H80i is seated correctly and plugged into the fan header? Have you tried booting with only one stick of RAM (each individual stick in each slot)?

Hello Ihog, thank you for answered.
I fixed the problem that I mentioned before. Now, I can start the computer but I am getting another error.

My corsair h80i it's flashing in the middle and the fan sounds to been "pushed".
And when I am in the desktop I am listening the sound of devices connecting.

The cables seems to be plugged in the right place.
Do you have any idea to fix it?

What color is the H80i flashing?

What do you mean by "the fan sounds to been 'pushed'"? It's hard to understand what that would sound like.

When you say you're listening to the sound of devices connecting, do you mean that sounds that you hear when you, for example, connect a USB drive?

The problem with the RPM of the fans, I fixed.

Exactly, that sound. Now, I am only with the problem with that sound.
Led is flashing in the white colour.

I pulled out the USB cable and it's stopped.

Could you try to take a video or sound recording that captures the sound?
