ASUS RMA "Send back to another party for repair"

I recently received my RMA'd motherboard. Under "Action," it says as follows: "Send back to another party for repair" and "TAT OVERDUE- Parts Shortage." Does this mean that it is not fixed?

Also, the motherboard doesn't have its armor on anymore! Why didn't they put it back on?

Usualy it means that item was not repaired and client got another item or refund.
About armor missing- feel free to contact with Asus Support.

I've just had a similar experience with a graphics card they sent it back with the same message "TAT OVERDUE - Parts Shortage" and it still doesn't work. What was the end result in your case?
