Can someone tell me what this means.

ASUS After-sale Repair process is:

Product Received > (Waiting) > Repairing > Final Testing> Packing > Ready for Shipping > Repair Finished

Looks like they either got their steps out of order, or decided that packaging is part of the repair process. It's probably just awaiting to be sent out.

yea i couldn't make any since of what they was saying lol

When I was a bench tech, we had to do do the packaging and then have it sent to the shipping dept; so this order is 'normal' from my point of view.

Hopefully you'll see that its 'shipped' and on its way

Well China was never known for making understandable English documentation...
