Question Asus ROG B450 F gaming installed with a Ryzen 7 3700x cpu

Hey everyone

I recently upgraded my pc and got two new parts. The ASUS ROG B450 F gaming motherboard and the Ryzen 7 3700x. When I was updating the bios for my motherboard I used my 3rd generation cpu even though my motherboard recommends using a 2nd generation cpu when updating the bios. I didnt realize this at the time that my motherboard was a Ryzen 2nd generation motherboard even though when I read online it said the my motherboard can support the Ryzen 3rd generation processors and now Im stuck her with problems on my pc. I am able to post but I have problems with apps such as downloading and loading up games. If anyone could help me out of this pickle I have put myself in, that would be much appreciated. Also if this bit of information helps I do have my old Ryzen 5 1600 still around if I need that to troubleshoot or something like that.

I keep getting the same BSOD page_fault_in_nnonpaged_area
Im not sure if that has to do with drivers but Im going to look into this specific BSOD

Yes. I have the corsair vengeance lpx 2x8gb

Does not tell us anything. Ther are probably 40 different varieties of that ram.
Are the ones you have on the QVL list?
page_fault_in_nonpaged_area is usually memory errors.
I have 3 different sets.
2x8 2400 cas14
2x8 3200 cas 16
2x8 3600 cas 18
ALL are Corsair Vengence LPX ram but completely different.
Also is that a kit of 2 from one package or 2 seperate sticks from 2 seperate packages?
Makes a HUGE difference.
