likely none of the above.

a good quality pair of headphones is going to be superior but thats likely not what you were asking.

the astro is stereo and uses virtual surround. the centurion is true surround. which is better? virtual distorts audio to make it appear surround while true surround has cheaper worse sounding drivers and may not be a seamless 360 experience. pick your poison, neither are perfect.

my suggestions? given your budget of about 200 i'd look at the game one.
