ASUS ROG G751JL- KB light won't work

I tried the uninstall method of ATK Package and it still won't work. When I try to adjust the keyboard brightness by pressing Fn + F3 or F4, the computer screen says that it's been increased and decreased. However, the keyboard just wouldn't light up like it should be. Can this be a problem with the motherboard? Also, Ive updated my driver according to the Asus site.

Try this and see if it helps.

1. Uninstall the keyboard driver.
2. Reboot the laptop (yes without reinstalling the driver).
3. When the computer reloads, it should reinstall the needed driver on its own.
