Which one is the better card in terms of cooling and longevity also a have a old thermal-take armor A60 case so the length is a fact for me I was also thinking of GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce GTX 1080 8GB Xtreme but i am seeing complain about fan hitting X shroud so i am confused as i am going to buy this cards from Canada i will not get any warranty in where i live.
Also i want to overclock the card just a little not too fancy or big number but a little bit OC for fun and performance
here is the cards:
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1080 DirectX 12 GV-N1080AORUS

Solution
Search on YouTube which one OCs higher but I am fairly certain that it will be a small difference between the two. I would go with ASUS but as I said, it's because I mostly use ASUS in most of my builds.
Ok, let me start from the most important. Zotac will not fit in your case. It's a beefy 3 pci slot GPU that is also long and heavy as hell. Your case has 305mm GPU clearance and zotac is 310mm.
Asus is the second longest with 295mm and the other 2 are smaller so you will be ok.

As for cooling the best is zotac, followed by EVGA and asus( both being very close). Gigabyte has many people reporting problems both in the cooling side and in coil whine.

I would go with Asus or EVGA if I were you.
My Asus ROG Strix 1070 is fairly cool even under heavy load so I know first hand that the cooling solution of ASUS is working well. My buddy has the EVGA 1070 which he founds also great.

Both have international warranty so I don't think you will have a problem.

I live in Bangladesh and none of these cards solds directly by them so i doubt my local vendor would support them
so i cut down the ZOTAC and GIGABYTE
so which one you would pick from EVGA and ASUS

EVGA 1080 FTW2 ICX Vs ASUS Strix GTX 1080 which overclocks better??
i have to admit ASUS are best in motherboard as i was coming from a Maximus III Gene. NowI am using Asus Maximus VIII formula with Core i7 6700K so i know the motherboard are great but never used their GPU as i was using MSI GTX560Ti for almost 4 yrs until it died out few days ago.
