My Laptop seems to struggle when it's under pressure.

I am trying to play a game called "Guild wars 2", and the best results that I'm getting are around 20~40 FPS even when the settings are on low. (It'll stay mostly on 20 FPS)

So I knew something odd is going on, and advanced to check what the problem might be. I found out that the cpu is throttling under pressure when i was playing guild wars 2, the cpu will go up to 96C! and will idle at around 50~60C.

I did a little research and found out about undervolting the cpu so it won't keep on throttling when playing. I came across this Youtube video that explains how to do so, and advanced changing the settings according to his guide until it came to the CPU's core and cache voltages.

When I changed the offset voltage of the CPU's cache to -125.0 Mv, everything is fine and the laptop runs normally but still throttling. When i processed to lower the CPU's core offset voltage to the same value as the cache, my laptop will freeze and a message saying "Oops your PC ran into a problem and needs to be restarted" will pop.

So I came here to get an advice about how to keep both CPU's core and cache offset voltage low enough so it won't throttle, and also avoid getting my laptop frozen with a blue screen.

CPU: I7 8750h running at 3.9mhz
Software I'm using: Throttlestop

I have this laptop for barely a month I don't think that's the issue here. Laptops cooling capabilities aren't GREAT, but it shouldn't be impossible to play a game normally while throttling badly like that.

On stock at 2.2 ghz, while the boost is off, it'll run horribly still. I already tried.
Also all of my drivers are up to date, I always make sure to update them properly to the latest versions.

The problem here is that the CPU is clearly throttling making the performance overall crappy, the temps are just the result of it throttling badly.
