I'm not sure but I was looking for 1TB, the prices I saw 50 - 120 usd (not bad)

I saw the newer version samsung 980 pro 1tb (10-15$ more) is it worth it? Also I saw that it is "PCI-Express Gen 4.0 x4" is that a problem or ?

You would just be paying extra for performance your motherboard can't use. On the other hand, you can buy it and use it in another build in the future that may be able to utilize the full speed.

Overall though, you probably wouldn't notice a difference between the two in day-to-day use.
